Title I School Improvement Strategies
Lincoln Elementary school is a Title I Schoolwide building that receives funding to support our students’ academic needs. We have selected these goals to help all students:
- Multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) for students in reading, math and social-emotional learning
- Collaboration and data analysis to strengthen the Tier 1 academic program in reading and math for all students
- Professional development for staff to learn and implement strategies for creating and maintaining an engaging, safe and welcoming learning environment
- Increase communication with families and provide opportunities for family engagement, to strengthen the home-school partnership
- Progress on these school efforts will be reported to families during PTO meetings in September and May
School Supports for Success
(In the Classroom)
We will
- Demonstrate a commitment to meeting the needs of all students with a focus on data driven instructional decisions and standards, including ensuring all students have access to math and literacy interventions when a need is indicated by assessment data
- Work together to ensure our students have the opportunity to enrich their learning through the integration of arts in content areas, and through arts activities throughout the school year
- We will actively learn and apply strategies to enhance student engagement across all content areas
- Collaborate to consistently implement strategies and practices that promote a safe, respectful and welcoming school environment
